Looking back at where you came from does make a big difference. I often forget the progress I have made. Its so easy to forget when there are so many inspirational women with really long and thick hair. When I see them I feel like it is so unattainable. My hair has so many problems. How can I ever achieve that length and thickness. If you have ever thought this like I have many times before 
"STOP ". 
This is my lack of confidence and insecurities getting the best of me. I need not be impatient. Looking back at some pictures from 2009, brought me back to reality. I can do it! There is no time for negative thoughts. Persevering, hard work and a lot of praying is what gets long term goals accomplished. Lets not give up you guys.
